Faithworks Total Ground Maintenance is hiring a hands-on crew leader for commercial landscape enhancements and pressure washing projects. This position will begin part-time. As the project schedule grows, there may be an opportunity to move to full-time work.

The crew leader will complete jobs such as mulch installation, bed cleanups, sod installation, planting, and pressure washing. We are looking for someone who can organize a job, work alongside the crew, and take pride in the finished result.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform landscape enhancement and pressure washing jobs.
Review work orders and confirm the materials, equipment, and time needed.
Direct and train a crew member while working on site.
Protect customer property and follow equipment and safety procedures.
Record hours, materials used, completed work, and before-and-after photos.
Inspect each finished job, correct deficiencies, and leave the property clean.
Keep tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition.

Qualifications

Experience with landscape installations, enhancements, or similar outdoor project work.
Experience leading a small crew and completing jobs to a quality standard.
Pressure washing experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
Ability to perform physical outdoor work and communicate clearly about job progress.

Performance pay

Employees receive hourly pay for all hours worked. Qualifying jobs may also earn a performance bonus based on completion, quality, and the job’s approved budget. We explain bonus terms before work begins.
