Faithworks Total Ground Maintenance, LLC is a property maintenance company based in Central Florida, providing lawn maintenance, janitorial services, pressure washing, and facility support services for residential, commercial, and municipal properties.

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Sales & Lead Management Assistant to help manage incoming leads, prepare basic estimates, and maintain our sales pipeline.

This role supports our sales manager and leadership team by ensuring customer inquiries are handled quickly and professionally.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant who can manage incoming sales inquiries, prepare simple service estimates in accordance with company pricing guidelines, and maintain accurate sales records.

You will not be responsible for setting pricing or negotiating contracts. Instead, you will follow established pricing guides and templates to prepare estimates and support the sales process.

This position is fully remote and open to international applicants with strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

  • Respond to inbound leads from website forms, email, and phone messages

  • Gather necessary information from potential customers (service needed, property address, photos if required)

  • Enter and update customer information in the CRM system

Estimate Preparation

  • Prepare and send estimates using company pricing guidelines and templates

  • Look up property information using online tools (Google Maps, Zillow, or county property sites)

  • Ensure estimates are clear, professional, and sent promptly

Sales Follow-Up

  • Follow up with potential customers regarding estimates

  • Track proposals sent and maintain follow-up reminders

  • Help convert leads into scheduled jobs

Sales Pipeline Organization

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, and job status

  • Update spreadsheets and CRM records

  • Keep sales activity organized for the sales manager

Administrative Sales Support

  • Schedule site visits for the sales manager when needed

  • Assist with preparing documents for larger commercial bids

  • Communicate with the internal team via Slack and email

Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or Customer Support Representative

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems

  • Ability to learn estimating templates and follow pricing guidelines

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting sales teams

  • Experience in preparing service estimates or proposals

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or service scheduling software

  • Experience in service-based industries (cleaning, landscaping, property maintenance, home services)

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience

  • Part-time to start (20–30 hours per week)

Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $6.00 - $10.00 per hour
