About Us
Faithworks is a family-owned, MWBE-certified company providing mowing, grounds maintenance, and janitorial services across Central Florida. We’re expanding into the Palatka area and seeking a dependable and friendly individual to help keep our office running smoothly. What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly voice on the phone for our customers and vendors

  • Enter job measurements, estimates, and schedules into Service Autopilot (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)

  • Help coordinate services in Palatka and the surrounding areas

  • Support our Mt. Dora office with general administrative tasks

  • Pitch in with advertising and marketing efforts (including social media posts)

  • Keep the office organized and running smoothly

  • Take on other office projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone reliable and professional with a positive attitude

  • Office or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person

  • Comfortable with computers and learning new programs

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Able to juggle different tasks without getting flustered

  • A team player who’s willing to jump in wherever needed
